When will my hoodie ship?

All RoyalZip™ hoodies are currently on preorder and ship by December 2026. You'll receive tracking info via email once your order ships.

Which princess designs are available?

We offer 7 princess-inspired designs: Snow White, Tiana, Cinderella, Belle, Rapunzel, Elsa, and Anna. Each features unique embroidery and colour combinations.

What size should I get?

Our hoodies run true to size. For an oversized fit, we recommend sizing up one size. The full zip face-cover design fits all head sizes comfortably.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times vary by region (US 7-14, Canada 10-18, Europe 10-20, AU/NZ 12-22 business days after shipping).

What if I don't love it?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your RoyalZip hoodie isn't the cosiest thing you've ever owned, email us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. No questions asked.

Can I cancel my preorder?
