Refund policy

We want you to love your RoyalZip hoodie. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be in its original packaging
• You must provide your order number and reason for the return

To start a return, email us at royalzips@outlook.com with your order number. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Preorder items: Because preorder items ship on a scheduled date, cancellations are accepted any time before your order ships. Once your order has shipped, standard return policy applies.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement at no cost.
